How to identify which model you have?

Let us help you identify your product model

OKI Printing Solutions' product range is split into six key categories:

* Multifunction products
* Colour printers
* Mono printers
* Fax

* Dot matrix printers

* POS / Label printers

Your product's model name is on a badge clearly on the front or top of your product and is easily identified in the following way:

Multifunction products: end with 'MFP' (e.g., C5540 MFP)

Colour printers: start with 'C' (e.g., C3200)

Mono printers: start with 'B' (e.g., B4350)

Fax: start with 'Okifax' (e.g., Okifax 5680)

Dot matrix printers: start with 'Microline' (e.g., Microline 5590)

POS / Label printers: start with 'Xxxxx' (e.g. Xxxxx 0000)
