Toner counters are not being reset when a new toner is installed

The toner counters will only be reset if a new toner cartridge is installed after the printer has displayed toner low. Installing a new toner cartridge before this message is displayed will have no effect on the counters.
PLEASE NOTE: C3100, C5200 and C5400 are supplied with "starter" toners installed which do not have any toner level detection built in. These toners should not be replaced when the "Order Toner" message is displayed as the counters will not reset, rather the customer should wait until the toner empty message is displayed.
