What should I do if I have replaced the drum but the operator panel still shows "change drum"?

When you have replaced the image drum unit it is necessary to then reset the drum counter.
The following process will remove the "change drum" message from the operator panel:
Select function, One Touch Key 7 , drum count, YES to clear, YES to confirm, select function to finish
